About
Omni Institute is contracted by the Riverside County Behavioral Health Authority (CBHA) to conduct process and outcome evaluations of six County-funded programs—four ACEs programs and two substance use prevention programs. This website serves as the Quarterly Progress Report, presenting cumulative findings to support ongoing monitoring of program performance, including insights from evaluation activities such as the Literature Reviews completed in Fall 2025.

How to Navigate
At the top of this page, there are four pages: Home, Provider Overview, Program Breakdown, and Supplemental Materials. Below is a breakdown of the data within each page.
Provider Overview
The information on this page includes all provider-level data. Key metrics identified by the evaluation team are highlighted for reporting and comparison purposes, in addition to summarized qualitative narrative from the monthly reports, with provider-specific successes and aggregated summaries of the most frequently reported barriers and challenges.
You will see several interactive charts throughout the site:
- For charts displaying monthly data, hovering over a point on a line graph reveals the data value and the percentage change from the previous month.
- Many sections include tabs for each provider; selecting a provider tab displays provider-specific data for that section.
- In the New Client Demographics section, selecting a demographic tab displays data specific to that demographic group.
Program Breakdown
The information on this page is similar to the data presented in the Provider Overview, however, it is organized by ACEs and Substance Use Prevention providers, with a toggle that allows users to switch between the two program datasets.
Supplemental Materials
PDFs of the Evaluation Plan and ACEs and Substance Use Prevention Literature Reviews. Additional resources will be added as evaluation activities are completed.
